CCNS: increase in the MSC

The endorsement No. 73 to the Convention Collective Nationale of Sport on 9 may 2012 relative to wages provides for two successive increases in the salary Minimum conventional.
Amending section 9.2.1 of the CCNS, the specific endorsement as the MSC, current monthly gross amount of €1313,47, will be €1335,80 September 1, 2012, and then €1355,84 from 1 January 2013.
"For employees classified in groups 7 (executives with more than two years of seniority in the company or executives of a company more 6 employees) and 8 (executives)"the increase in MSC expected from September 1, 2012 induced an adjustment of the minimum remuneration calculated on 4/12th of the year concerned"(article 2 of the amending agreement)."
Finally, the endorsement also modifies the coefficient by which to be multiplied the MSC for the determination of minimum gross annual remuneration (excluding advantage in kind) of professional athletes (except for young employees in training athletes) under section 12.6.2.1 of the CCNS. It will be a factor of "12.32" to "12,60" from September 1, 2012 (section 3 of the rider).
This endorsement is pending the extension procedure.
